Ami Segal: President
Ami has degrees in Management, Economics and Business Administration, from the Tel-Aviv University and New York University, with majors in Finance and International Business. He was an Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, Tel Aviv in 1983 and then a Management consultant in the New York office of Grant Thornton. From 1986 to date Ami has been an entrepreneur, executive and consultant for over 200 Israeli companies through Biderman & Co. Ltd., and Forum Consulting and Business Development Ltd. Ami has accumulated work experience in Israel, USA and the Far East. and speaks Hebrew, English and French.

Dr. Jonathan Lipow: Chief Economist
Ph.D (Berkeley)
Jonathan is a Former Vice President of Banc of America Securities responsible for business development in Israel/Europe and was based at Bank of America's Israel office. Jonathan taught economics at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. In addition, he served as a consultant in the Office of the Economic Advisor to the Israeli Ministry of Defense. Dr. Lipow earned a Ph.D. in Economics from UC-Berkeley, and a BS in Political Science from UCLA. He published in leading journals such Economic Letters, Journal of Economic Behavior and Organization and Defense and Peace Economics. He has a regular column on economic issues in the Jerusalem Post and a Director at the Center for Jewish-Arab Economic Development.

Sassi Zach: Vice President
Sassi has a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv university, Mr Zach is a certified investment consultant. Mr. Zach was Vice president of Maritime Bank's, Mutual Fund Management Company where he managed investments in Israel and outside of Israel and handled the fund's foreign client relations. He was a senior investment consultant for large company portfolios with Israel Discount Bank, securities division. In 1996 he joined Forum as VP of our group with a brief, that has been successfully implemented, in marketing and business development.

Allan Herlitz : Vice President
Allan specializes in Offshore Investments, Structures and Hedge Funds. Over the past 24 years, Allan has worked closely with institutions and accredited investors as the Managing Director of Pembroke Asset Management. Allan was born and educated in South Africa. Prior to coming to Israel in 1997, he was the Managing Director of Heritage Life Assurance Brokers in Johannesburg. He is a member of STEP and is an authorized Trust and Estate Practitioner. Allan has a B.Sc. in Textiles from Leicester Polytechnic.

Moshe Levinson: President, Forum-USA
Moshe has over 18 years of managerial experience in developing and marketing wireless communication systems as well as experience in finance and business administration. He first trained as Projects Manager during his service in the Israeli Air Force and managed development teams focusing on Electronic Warfare Systems. After the IAF, Moshe co-founded Moldat Technologies Group that developed and marketed wireless communication technology both for military and civilian applications. With over 7 years of experience as Chairman, President and CEO of Moldat, and prior to joining Forum Group, Moshe served in a leading communication company, Runcom Telecom, as Executive Vice President and VP Finance. In such position, he was involved in all aspects of Company management and decision making. He is responsible for corporate strategies and policies, spreading the vision of the Company, obtaining financing, creating relationships with partners and customers and the overall handling of the company.

Dr. Daniel Baraz: Head of Research
Daniel Specializes in International Management, with a focus on global real-estate markets. He serves as the Executive Director of the Fishman-J.E.C. Real Estate Center at the Hebrew University Business School. He also teaches on global real-estate markets at the Inter-Disciplinary Center, Herzliya. Daniel is a co-founder of Terra Analytics, a consulting company specializing in real estate investments and research. Formerly he served as a Consultant for the IBI investment house. Daniel received his Ph.D. degree in Medieval History from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and subsequently was a post-doc at the University of Pennsylvania (2000-2001). He received his M.B.A. degree from the Hebrew University in 2006.

Eyal Shani: Vice President, B.D.
Eyal Shani, Adv. has an extensive experience in consulting companies and private investors in financing transactions, joint ventures, strategic commercial transactions, and technological transactions.
Prior to joining Forum Group, Eyal served as VP Special Ventures and General Counsel of a leading technology company, Runcom Telecom, and was a consultant to technology oriented companies in strategic transactions - both from the legal and business development point of view. In the years 2006 - 2007, Eyal was a partner in a boutique Israeli law firm which specializes in securities and commercial law. Prior to that Eyal was an associate an one of Israel's largest and leading law firms.
