Amir Geva: Chairman
Amir has a BA in Economics and a MBA in
Finance and Management of Financial Institutions fromTel-Aviv University. He was a Senior
analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, Tel Aviv and then spent 17 years in
senior positions at The Israel General Bank (an Edmund de Rothschild
bank) as Head of Marketing and International Relations, Secretary of the Bank and Head of
the General Bank’s investment division. He has also been the Managing Director and
CEO of The Maritime Bank of Israel Ltd. (a Michael
Steinhardt bank). Amir is currently chairman of Prior Marketing & Advertising
Systems Ltd and served as Board member of Phoenix Insurance Co., Mashov Ltd.,
Leader Issues & Securities Ltd., Zeller Eblagon Leasing Ltd. and
Trockadero Investment Ltd.

| Ami Segal: President
Ami has
degrees in Management, Economics and Business Administration, from the Tel-Aviv University
and New York University, with majors in Finance and International Business. He was an
Analyst at Dun & Bradstreet, Tel Aviv in 1983 and then a Management
consultant in the New York office of Grant Thornton. From 1986 to date
Ami has been an entrepreneur, executive and consultant for over 200 Israeli companies
through Biderman & Co. Ltd., and Forum Consulting and
Business Development Ltd. Ami has accumulated work experience in Israel, USA and

Boaz
Misholi
Boaz is
the Managing Partner of Orion Israel Fund and Chairman and CEO of Aura
Investments R&D Ltd., a publicly traded company on the Tel-Aviv Stock
Exchange (TASE). Aora’s main business is the development of High-tech and electronics
companies. He is President and COO of MOST, an Israeli consortium of
leading telecommunication, Internet and multimedia companies, who are developing the next
generation of real-time, multimedia content delivery tools for the WEB. He is chairman of
the board of VersaMed Ltd. He was chairman of
Fundtech (Nasdaq : FNDTF) and founder, CEO and Chairman of Comverse
Technology (NASDAQ CMVT) and its subsidiaries in Israel EFRAT
and Telemeser. Comverse is a leading supplier of
telecommunications call-tracking software. Mr. Misholi has over 20 years in founding,
managing and investing in high-tech companies in the US and Israel. He holds 2 U.S.
patents and received his B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from the Technion, Israel.

Sassi Zach

Sassi
Zach: Vice President
Sassi has a BA in Economics from Tel Aviv university,
He is an approved marketing consultant by the Israel Export
Institute. Mr Zach is also a certified investment consultant. He was
Vice president of Maritime Bank's, Mutual Fund Management Company
where he managed investments in and outside of Israel and handled the fund's
foreign client relations. He was a senior investment consultant for
large company portfolios with Israel Discount Bank, securities division. |

implemented, to assist the companys clients in capital formation and establishing a
