The Forum Group provides investment opportunities in private companies as well as buyouts of publicly traded companies going private.

Forum’s range of private equity experience includes buyouts, venture capital, growth capital, distressed investments and mezzanine capital.

The Group’s private equity investment affiliate, Forum Technologies, has invested in a large number of high-tech firms. The Group works in partnership with Stony Brook Israel Initiative in New York State, which provides support for IT and medical startup companies in Israel to successfully penetrate the U.S. market.
